Ingredients

  1. 1 oz. gin

  2. 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice

  3. 1/5 oz. simple syrup

  4. champagne 

  5. 1 lemon twist

Steps

  1. In a mixing tin, add 1 oz. gin, 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice, and 1/5 ounce simple syrup 

  2. Add ice and shake

  3. Strain contents into champagne flute

  4. Gently fill with champagne 

  5. Garnish with lemon twist
